The design is completed and the builders kit idea was scrapped. There is just too much to try and explain. I am going to be able to complete a set faster and better than most people since I know what is necessary. So I have decided to sell them as a complete unit. You can tie into the stock wiring (not recommended since I get about 4 more volts with rewiring the headlamps over the stock wiring, more volts equals more light from the lamps) or you can follow a set of instructions that will be proivided to create your own lighting wiring (the on/off switch will still be the same as you use now, but past the switch you'll have all new wires). Since the stock mounting brackets are not necessary and hinder proper design you will have to mount the projectors in a custom way which I have simplified to make installation easy. This is the completed unit, primed and ready for lamp installation and paint. The grey really shows the subtle contour of the insert. IMO, it goes perfectly with the Mx-3s subtle flowing curves.


Edit, the headlamps have been completed. If interested I am willing to make them for one person at a time. Email me for more information on the design and work necessary for the buyer to install. Price is apporximately 900.00 USD per pair (this is a loose price based on my cost for materials, it is subject to change without notice). I'll include the lamps installed and finished, ready to paint if wanted, you send a set of OEM lights in good condition, then install upon reciept of the new projector lamps.
